Quick Pankration question

This is really my last place to turn, but I really want to get started back in Pankration for the simple fact of getting Jettons for cameras. Unfortunatley, the official soul reflector NPC is not allowing me to turn my new soul reflector into an official one. His exact words are: "I'm sorry, but before creating a new official soul reflector you must first declare the previous one lost. Speak with the registration official across from me for details."

So from there, I look across from him and I talk to Kaheema (registration official). When nothing works, I begin to talk with every NPC in the area. All they give is very useless information and give me no indication of how to "declare my old official soul reflector lost". Previously, I had thrown away my official soul reflector, so I'm not sure if it's some kind of bug. But it's really annoying, because my imperial standing is getting very low buying the new cameras.

I also tried contacting a GM, but they were exceptionally useless. Told me to check "the abundances of information at our community sites ".

You will need talk to each registration official from each cage. You most likely registered a pet to fight then drop without seeing your results.
