i have been away for a while , and i just installed the game.When i log in it goes past the connecting screen and says "Incorrect playonline ID or password". What should i do? please help

He had to call SE and stuff.. give them all this BS information just for them to tell him this simple answer:

Nice job of getting it to work, but just for future reference, and this is directed to everyone, try pushing CAPS if it doesn't work. I thought someone stole my game before I tried it and it worked.
ya i did that and it still didnt work, i guess my viewer just freaked out, and thanks
i got another question, when i start it up it lets me pick my character, then when it starts up i play it for a second and then it closes out and says there was an error and asks me to send to microsoft or not. It worked fine in the past but now what should i do? Please help
