I was just Pondering the subject of Spell interupt rate down. using /nin and the gear set of

Eremite's Wand (-25%) x2 (-50%) + AF boots (-20%) + Nashira Turban (10%) + Druid's Rope (-10%)+ Magnetic Earring (8%) + Willpower Torque (-5%)

we arrive at the destination of interupt rate -103% (logically 100% is max).

so... with that in mind.... can you cast while moving?
speculate!

In all likelyhood, spell interrupt rate is capped at 50% like just about everything else, so I doubt it'd work. Not that I've ever tried, so worth a shot.

my guess be no and even if you chould you be lossing alot of slots for int and other useful stats

There are several items which can lower the chance of spells being interrupted by damage. These items do not affect interruptions due to movement, knockback, sleep, stun, silence, paralysis or intimidation.

But 100% sounds hot tho. :P

Cap is 50% only way to move and cast is a old pos trick where you finish casting where you started so run around and have to get back to that place in time.
50% cap for haste (expect mnk 2hr) 50% cap spell inter 50% cap slow and think crit is 25% cap

Damage reduction is also capped at 50%... and Crit% may have a cap, or it may not, but we'll never figure it out because we don't have enough gear that increases it.

Not sure about caps or anything, but about the movable casting, i know on my whm, with enough spell interupt merits and eq, i still cant move during the beginning of a cast, but you can move past mid-cast area and still have a chance at your spell completing. good in emergencies.
