I say if you're not sure if you're coming back or not, then definately DO delete your character. When I decided to quit I cancled my ID's as well as deleted my characters, because I KNEW if I didn't I would be too tempted to come back. And yes, I've been missin the game and I would have reactivated my ID's already. This way there's no chance in hell I'm ever goin back, for obvious reasons.

It all depends on if you really want to quit, or just take a break.
