Are you implying that Bahamut is not ever going to be summonable?

If so, I'm gonna have to disagree. If did it with Diabolos, they will do it with Bahamut. They are from the same grouping. I forget what they are called and don't feel like looking it up right now, but it is mentioned that there are 5 of them. Carby Fenrir and Diabolos we already have. Pheonix (in some form) is in that badassed looking Great Katana That Tenzen Carries around. And Bahamut is....

Dunno, haven't got that far.

But I think we will get Bahamut eventually. And perhaps Phoenix as well.

The CoP storyline doesn't exactly lead towards Phoenix or Bahamut being potential summons atm. Diabolos was more of a sidetrack to the storyline, someone you go to seeking help.

In all honesty though, what would you really expect to get from either of them that's so exceptional? Bahamut - mega-flare, a directional attack, which would likely end up being a BP70 that would have the same accuracy and damage as the other BP70's, maybe less damage because of the potential to hit multiple targets. He didn't really have any other abilities that he used, except for his 2 hour (giga flare) and the spell flare II.

Phoenix hasn't been seen in the form of an avatar, all we've seen is a sword that has been enchanted with Phoenix's power (I think, been a while since I've seen that series of CS's) I could see the storyline leading to Phoenix being summonable, but you would need to be at least to Chapter 6 of CoP to get him, possibly further. What would you get from Phoenix though? Maybe some gimpy fire attack, and reraise-ga that lasts about 2 minutes.

I think it might be interesting to raise the level cap, but only make 76+ available in the new expansion zones. I doubt SE would do this, however.

I think the level cap can be raised! People say its impossable, but ive seen SE do some things that we didn't think would happen. Plus, its not to unrealistic for something like : at 75 u have the choice to merit, or to exp.
