Rate ups

[Begen]

I just have a quick question, when I want to rate a thread and give rate ups, how do I make comments for them?

You can't comment on the rate of the thread you just vote if it's excellent good average bad or terrible. You comments in your post should be enough reflection of the thread.

As for rate ups to users you just type in the comment box that is right above submit rate or w/e it says for rating the user.

Oh yeah sorry I meant where is the "rate up" part for the user located?

Damn you, Tyrath! You almost got me. I was just about to make a one liner joke about cocks and then I realized I'd be sharing the same kind of posting style that I hate from the people that do it, lol.
