Reactivating old account problem

My friend wants to revive his old character. The problem is that he forgot his IDs, registration codes, and his account was on a old canceled Credit Card.

Is he screwed?
 
I'm trying to re-activate my account as well, with a similar situation, I think I remember my Content ID, but don't have my activation code or my old CC info, I plan to get in contact with a CSR in about an hour I'll let you know the results.
 
Just got off the phone with POL, he'll need to have his CC info, street address, birth date and he should be able to get his account information back. It's funny I'd been waiting for over 40 in in the web chat que, and got my questions answered in less then 10 min on the phone... /sigh

Now I just need to find my old CC info so I can re-activate my account lol
 
pretty sure you need reg keys and original information at the least.

Round 3 with PoL's CSR's today, finally talked to a supervisor. While they are not able to reset your password if you can not provide the CC information, they can email a form to you to fill out and have signed by a notary republic and mail back to them to verify that you are you, then there is a much better chance that they will reset your password for you. It's a pain in the ass but it could help you get your account back.
