I was sent this via myspace the other day. It's really sad if you read it all. Especially the girls comments on myspace as she was missing.

GIRL MURDERED by man she first met up online on MYSPACE !!!
Taylor Behl, a student from Virginia, has been found murdered. Her body turned up yesterday in a shallow grave and was confirmed to be that of Taylor Behl. The prime suspect, Ben Fawley claims to be an amateur photographer and is being held by authorities. She has a MySpace page and to see the comments from people while she was missing right up to finding the body is pretty sad and intense.Keep in mind that there are over 30 million people on this network so the odds are pretty good that you'll interact with some psychos and possibly some predators along the way(male or female). Just be careful and use common sense especially if you are female. I know 1st hand the amount of e-mails that women get every single day, half from guys posing as amateur photographers.

Check out her My Space profile, which is still up and all the comments her friends have been leaving her from the day she disappeared up until today.

Youre life on the Internet is similar to life IRL...

Proceed with caution.

Most tragic, the sorrow that something like this produces is just terrible.

Yeah I live in VA - so it has been all over the news here.

She had only been in college for like 2 weeks - had met some 36 year old wierdo via MySpace and had an affair. He is in jail right now for possession of kiddie porn - and was thelast person to see her before her murder. There are tons of clues that point to him as the murderer.

Wish there weren't so many sick fucks out there.

Also wish that since there are so many internet dating stories out there that end in teenagers getting murdered by ppl twice thier age - that maybe they would trying being more careful...

I mean, come ON - college is the ultimate place to date peers...take advantage while you can!

I am not saying that there haven't been ppl who have rightly fallen in love online, I am just saying - at 17...might not be the best option.
