So basically he's looking for leaders?
Well, I'm sorry. But I do believe that's not th best way to recruit leaders. It would be qutie a bit better to recruit members, and make some of the members you trust leaders...

Yes, i agree too.
But... There is real few people doing dreamlands in our server right now.
What i need is 1 people in each team coordinating it on the run, becouse runs at dreamlands are too fast and too furious.
Im looking for the "hardcore dynamis players" who will give the synchros, the targeter who will have to remember the full list of mobs we pulling...
The critical players of the linkshell in a real run.
People who wants to give some extra dedication time to it and memorize the full run and not just "what am i doing".
After some runs we may do some adjusments to this leading list based on the runs, but we need 6 leader for firsts run until see what happens, and im trying to get those right now (some will be from my standard LS already, people who i know from long time ago).
Hope someone get some interest in it. BTW, we can use a strategy guy too, i got a strategy for almost all the places but is not perfect and i will love to improve it with everyone opinions.
I will try to post here all our research when we already running.

I don't think you got my point.
Most of the people that do dreamlands are already in a Dynamis shell. So I think you'll have a hard time finding people with dreamlands experience that's NOT in a Dynamis shell.
And I don't think its really that few that do dreamlands. My shell do it twice a month, and I know other shells that do dreamlands. I also see japanese shells that do it too during our times. Last time, a JP shell showed up to Dynamis - Buburimu, but rescheduled to another dreamlands zone.

Yes, there is a couple of LSs doing some dreamlands runs, but not as main priority (beside a couple of japanese LSs)
We will be doing (if possible) dreamlands runs all the time.
Maybe we can find some people who left dynamis after get full AF2 and get bother redoing 1000 times STD places and didnt play dynamis for a long while now. There is a lot of people who hates Dynamis becouse they just played the STD ones.
Dreamlands got lower droprate, but it got all the STD gear + new gear + lower quantity of people to lot and more fun. Its lethal combo.
I want to give it a try. If we fail the recruit for it, we would try a STD dynamis LS with Dreamlands runs like the one you said.

Actually, dreamlands have slightly higher drop rate then the other zones. Each piece of gear have the same drop rate as AF do in the normal Dynamis zones. The exception is that there's 3 different that can drop. So the drop rate is a little bit lower then 3x what normal Dynamis drops.
The reason you don't get as many drops in Dreamlands is because of the 1h farming. Well, you can get it to 1 hour 45 min farming if you go straight for the boss.. what sucks about dreamlands is that you either chose to go for the boss or farm. If you go for the boss, you can't farm while going to the boss. So if you fail to the boss, you wasted a run. But if you chose to farm, you only have 1 hour to farm.
In Dynamis - Buburimu, it is possible to go straight for the boss, and thus have 1 hour 45 min to farm, but I don't think that's possible to do in Valkurm. Dunno about Qufim, though.
