So, I get into an exp party in Crawler's Nest. (I'm a 46 MNK, was 45 at the time). Party setup is fine, PLD, WHM, BLU, BST, myself and Desirea, a RDM. Could quite easily work, I gleefully thought to myself, after hours of sitting like a lemon with my seek flag up in Jeuno.
Couple of fights in, I noticed something was wrong. This RDM wasn't refreshing much, and when she did, the wrong people, in the wrong order. I even got a refresh a couple of times, goodness knows why... She seemed content to spend most of the fight spamming level 1 nukes, ignoring our desperate cries for "DISPEL", and just generally happy to not do anything useful for the party. I figure what the hell, I am a fairly forgiving guy, and so were most of the party despite a few sly comments.
So we continue this way, then the WHM has to leave. So we get another RDM as a replacement. We restart once more, finally with a decent refresh order and people getting what they need, and finally some much needed Dispels on the mob. Meanwhile Desirea leeches exp refreshing people who don't need it, nuking pathetically, etc.
Despite our attempts to teach her how to play, we were greeted with no responses. We weren't sure if she could even talk...
Our new RDM was, for some obscure reason, getting refreshed by Desirea. Obviously being an RDM himself he didn't need it... he politely told Desirea to stop refreshing him. But she would not listen, and continued doing so.
The party was quickly getting annoyed, and the following chat ensued:

Were more spectacular words ever spoken?
Proceeding this, she promptly decided to Warp out, and save us the bother of any more exp-leeching torment. I can't say anybody in the party was particularly distraught about losing her.
So, watch out for Desirea on your travels. One of the first people I had to blacklist on this server. :[
