I'm not a major melee expert, only ones I have decently levelled are WAR and NIN (and BST has no melee JAs to speak of)

I know SA and TA are nerfed on subjob, as are Souleater. But are Berserk, Defender, Last Resort, Warcry?
I THINK Meditate gives half TP when subbed...
I don't remember offhand if Sentinel is low enough to use subbed...

But, well, just thought I'd ask so I could know for sure, cause I never seriously looked into which JAs are nerfed when used on SJ and which aren't. Thanks to anyone whom can help me with this.

Meditate gives 60% yeah. The other four aren't nerfed as far as I know. I know for a fact Boost isn't less effective when Monk is subbed, so I don't see why those would be. However, if you consider unable to compete to mainjobs due to enhancement equipment, then yeah, they're "nerfed" ion that sense.

Thanks ^^
And neh, not referring to main jobs getting an advanced due to "enhanced boost" and such. Mainly wanting to know which SJ JAs are flat-out weaker than the JA when used on main.

I think it's just meditate, SA, TA and soul eater; those are the only ones that I am aware of as being different when the job is subbed than when mained. Utsusemi: Ni might fall under that as well, since you only get 3 shadows when ninja is subbed and 4 main; but that's a spell not a JA.

As far as I can tell, SA is only nerfed if used alone w/o a WS, and TA = hate transfer only, and yes 60% TP for subbed meditate.

No. SA gives nothing beyond a Critical Hit when subbed, regardless how you hit the mob. Even during a weaponskill. This is VERY easily proved by comparing a THF's dagger WS to a /THF's dagger WS.
