Registry Cleaner

I was looking for a registry cleaner, and someone mentioned Uniblue but said that it kinda messes with PoL. Does anyone have suggested registry cleaners? I want one that works! It does not have to be free.

Three that I'm seeing via googling and whatnot that have good reputations are:
SpyBot S&D
Netcom3
Registry Mechanic

Anyone know anything about these? Or any others that are better? Thanks.

Regcleaner. Can find it by googling it, microsoft doesn't update it anymore but it still works fine.

CCleaner

also cleans up your web cache and unused files, and startup bugs.
