Reinstalled XP

So yeah, reinstalled XP, and I'm having this annoying problem: when I'm scrolling through web pages, I get this rippling type effect, it's not smooth.

Why is it doing this X:

nevermind, new video drivers fixed it ;p

Even if you didn't get them fixed, isn't it still better than having to ask permission to take a piss... I mean, Vista?
