Remembering

I was in 1k Swords for a lil bit then it switched to Affinity and that was the second end-game shell I was in. SoraNoHi was the first I was in with Mags and Ujio, but I left since THF in end-game stuff was lame and decided to work on my BLM.

I would have to say the best part about being in Affinity back in the day had to be fucking with Pauk while he was busy tanking something or other.

Ols and Atiba I met waaaaaaaaaay back in the day when I was skilling up my WHM's club skill for Hexa. The three of us would go skill up almost everyday and it was fun since the three of us were drunk lol.
 
I made a shell KnightsoftheRound when I started out..

Only 2 ppl from that are around now lol. Alastor and Lanien, but Laniens only around on qcdn D:

Oh man I remember that Kotsu. lol Though I have admittedly spent waaay too much time on this game, I don't regret it. A lot of good memories of those times and those people. I miss it.
 
Lavi, I agree Affinity fell apart when atiba left. I still think if Foo had more time and gave up his life and career we would have had an amazing shell after affinity.

Where ever you are Foo, I hope all is well and I miss your rambo missions lol.

That one pic reminded me of old nicknames like Dr.gon, DP, Runey ; .; (no DD, which always confused me ;o)

It was because of your character model I almost died asking a shade for help ; ;
I was low level and had no clue that those elvaan were not friendly. Souj never let me forget that mistake.
Or the first time I got to use my new spell "warp 2" I was in an exp party and one member was leaving, he asked for a warp and of course I was dying to use the spell. I ended up in Jeuno confused lol.

hahahaha. man thats funny. actually I have warp 2'd myself in a hurry when I was doing like 15 people once. ha.

but yeah, i only had rdm back then. so fun. im sure i have tons of screenshots of stuff we had done, like originally when bdf was quitting. man, fun times.

too bad the old days are in the past :)
 
OMG, I forgot about that night. He lasted longer then I expected against Vrtra lol.

Bigdumbface? If so I miss the original one and the one that became him after he left the game. They were both nice people fun to be around. :)

1k swords was the best way to be introduced to end game. Ienjoyed it all and it was run so well. I think Atiba and Ols showed us they were ready to lead when our leader fell on hard times. We had such a good run and we grew to become a family of gamers.

I regret non of it. Affinity was our joy ride. Short but oh so sweet. We all benefited. I honestly think if Atiba had not not left the game we would still be going strong. TY to all of you in the shells and good luck to the new shells. Just wanted to thank the old school players for the fun times and late nights. Maybe we should all get together for a few and do something... There is still a sea monster we have not dominated.

ps I have to laugh when I think of our Rangers and how they kicked ass on Kirin back in the day ^^

The static was honestly one of the best things I did lol. There were so many times that I was tearing up from laughing and almost letting Pauk die since I couldn't keep a straight face anymore lol. XD
