Well i was looking thought my credit card statement and saw "RESERVATION REWARDS 800-7327031 CT" and charged me $12.00.

It caught my attention cause I only use my credit card for FFXI this month. So I went online and search "reservation rewards" and found this:

http://adam.rosi-kessel.org/weblog/2004/12/24/webloyalty_aka_wli_reservations_is_a_scam

So apparently, I got signed up to some services that I didn't know, nor will I use it.

Went through my past credit card statement, and found out that they charged me since April.

So have anyone else got scammed like this? I gonna call for refund and cancel tomorrow, and already contact my credit company to stop the charges from this RESERVATION REWARDS.

For people who dealt with them before, did you get your refunds back?

I used to work at AMEX and saw this all the time. More often then not Reservation Rewards won't refund the money. Call your CC company and they will usually do 1 of 2 things:

1. Open up a dispute on your behalf, contact the merchant and temporarily credit the money back to your account til it's taken care of or resolved. Usually a dispute lasts 6-8 weeks, FYI.

2. Give you immediate resolution, and credit the money back to yor account. Problem with this: You will most likely see it on your card again in the future. I wols suggest asking them to change your card number and send you out new cards, because it's a hassle to call your CC company every month to deal with it.

Good luck, Spalko
