Resident Evil 4 typewriters brand = Amenhotep; significance?

While looking at one of the typewriters in RE4 I noticed it had 'Amenhotep' written across the top. I did some very light research on this to see if any of the Egyptian pharohs named that had anything to do with 'saving' (i.e. rebirth, time travel, safety, fixing mistakes) but couldn't really find anything. Does anybody know the significance of the typewriters having that brand?

Amenhotep IV broke away from the traditional religion.

Maybe it's a reference to how the game doesn't use the T-Virus as a plot point.
