I'm guilty of a self-flaming post a couple of weeks ago... I wasn't looking for any sympathy though..lol. I knew I did something wrong and just wanted to admit to it. Lesson learned though, because no one thought I did anything wrong so I should have listened to the whole "If you didn't open your mouth, no one would have known you were stupid" phrase.

Anyways, when the post is an obvious cry for attention, then yah, I think that's what the rule is going for. It's the flameboard right? Not the sympathy board. If you post something stupid, expect to be criticized on it. People that bother me are the people who cry for attention and then get it and start crying because people are insulting them too hard. Duh, it's the flameboard.
