Retired RDM needing advice..

Ok so I haven't played RDM in over 3 months now. I'm probably a little rusty on things. I know to refresh and dispel and enfeeble. I never did MBs too much but know how.

I sold a few things when I retired and well can't afford to buy them back at the moment. Things have gone up a lot in price since I sold them. :x

So any other RDM's out there around 58 what are good pieces of armor, that are affordable, for neck and earrings? And what are the leveling areas for 58-65?

God I hope I haven't forgotten everything and end up on the flameboards. >.<
