returning player... help?

i haven't played in quite a while, and before my hiatus i didn't play for very long after the last hiatus.

i'm looking for someone to be a buddy. all my friends are gone, and i don't really have anyone to help me get back into the game, and as i'm sure, a lot of things have changed in the past 8 months. basically, someone experienced and friendly that can help me pick up where i left off, and really get back into ffxi full cycle.

i believe, that i'm a 67 samurai, so i'm not inexperienced (not certain, as i'm only downloading the massive updates at the moment). i was in the middle of doing some CoP stuff, as well as all the other missions.

if anyone is interested, please, please let me know. i would greatly appreciate any help. i can let you know more about my status as a player, or my characters status on the game.

i'm also very interested in a LS, as i'm sure all of my old ones are broken. any LS that has helpful members, or any sort of events would be awesome.

ima 75 nin 75 rng 75 blu and my alt is a 75 blm. I'll forewarn you though i don't do powerlevels.
