Both are fairly easy to use only diffrenc ei the keys change when you change control scheems, and even in mouse mode you can use the arrow keys to move like WASD, only advantage to keyboard mod is jumping which can be use sometimes with a bit of skill and luck to completely jump over mobs to avoid aggro.
However Jumping sucks stamina ;_;
