do u know the name of an item
that is like illegal and its from the sea
supposedly worth more than gold?


- it has a weird name
- not an animal

i'm stumped... help me out haha
 
is this in-game or real life? O.o;
 
probably a real riddle...hmm no idea :shock:
 
Coral? Unless that classifies as an animal, or doesn't have a wierd enough name.

But how do you define "wierd"? I think the answer the Great Horn of the Pluton, a solidified chunk of nickel-iron straight from the core of the planet, which is said to grant its wielder immortality, wisdom, courage, and laser eyes.
 
Only thing illegeal to take from the ocean that I know of are certain endangered fish and coral. Did you specifically mean a 'sea' or just salty waters in general?
 
Perhaps a play on words... happy weed is illegal and sea weed is in the sea. Two different meanings for the same word?

Though the worth of it, I can't quite make out... I mean, maybe the ultimate crop of Indica would be worth $300 an ounce, but even then gold is still $350-400 I think. Typical happy weed is much less than half that, maybe even a third.

Maybe if he had written the riddle exactly as it was presented. I doubt "something that's like illegal" is how the original riddle goes. Riddles usually have a cypher in them, hidden in the word order and syntax. Like, totally.

Actually i tihnk it is illegal to take some sea weed from the ocean lol. I know in florida where im from you cant take anything living from the water. They are trying to preserve the ecosystems.
 
Hmm.... So far, the best answer I've come up with is ambergris, which technically is not an animal, traditionally worth more than gold, and in theory comes from the sea... namely from the intestines of whales which are illegal to hunt. And it's got a weird name to boot.
