Rieki, Honestly...Skill, Do You Have It?

I would assume a typo or some sort of inaccurate assumption. I don't think a pt could do 1k/hr with 6 whm against goblins.

It was, actually, seeing as we were missing an RDM.

But that's unusual. Right now we have gotten 9k exp in just over 2 hours.
 
When you all hit 58 lemme know.. I'll hold off on G3 if you'd prefer so I'd border on max exp until you all hit 60 ^^ I don't mind.

Correction.
Note that it's 1000"+" exp. It was meant to be a comparision.
We actually got around 3.5k-4k exp in an hour when the THF left. (With the lack of an RDM.)

We were getting about 1k exp every 2 hours or so with the THF, getting 1k exp in about 15 minutes.

I can see where the confusion can come from when I re-read that post though.

Goblins are weak vs. Light as well.

Spirit Taker/full swing > Shining Strike/Sereph Strike/True Strike/Judgement > Fusion Mad Banish burst.
 
Wow... this is so true! My boyfriend and I partied with her on her THF when my boyfriend was a PLD at the time, and usually never had any problem with hate. This was during the late 40s... I think. We were fighting Rumbler Crawlers. And what you have said sounds the exact same to what happened in our party. She would whine and whine that my boyfriend couldn't keep HATE and that I was always close to death (Me, as the first-voker MONK.....) And yes, I would drop pretty close to death because she took forever to SATA. And usually when she did pull a SATA off, she got the hate. hmmm.... Sounds like she hasn't improved at all. That's too bad. =\

I freaking hate people who do their job poorly and blame it on the tank... because tanks = scapegoats.

And I can solo 1k/h on my WHM easily, so yeh 1k/h in an actual party'd be pretty bad.. =P

Lol, I hate it when people use their higher level job as a scapegoat. Now, that I hate. Having a high level does not in any way prove that you have good skill. Anyone could make it to Lv75 doing a half-butt job. Or some other high level thing, like Rieki did by stating that she was in a Sky LS that saw no problems with her abilities. If you can't be that good in the lower levels, how can you say you're that much good in the higher levels? Your skill is always tested against what is at your level by how you do in comparison to other players. When will players ever understand the difference between character skill and player skill ? -_-

I agree with this, too. Especially as a BLM (which she is...) It's easy, since people always want a BLM. And I'm sure as you progress in the game, I sure hope that you learn some about the other jobs, as well. You can have all the best gear and tons of money in this Vana'diel world and still suck.

kind of off topic but i remember leveling my ninja in garliage citadel lv48 and mystangel was in my pt. so of course rieki had to tag along and "PL" us with her 50 whm even though we were doing fine. then they (mystangel and rieki) have the nerve to tell me to keep hate off rieki cuz shes getting hit. for one no one asked her to PL us two not my fault shes getting hit and three...why do i care if she gets hit and dies? i mean god who PL's a lv 48 pt anyways especially with a lv 50 whm...
 
Ohhh yeah...I remember their ridiculous inseperable-ness.

Mystangel was once just sorta hovering around my party, doing graphic/obscene crap with Rieki in Say and /ems. That was the first time I ever had to filter out /say, because it annoyed the hell out of me. And my 3 year old nephew sitting near me didn't make it much better.

Mystangel's also known for saying disgusting things in Shout.

I almost prefer angsty teenage couples to them, blech.
 
On my WAR ive pt'd with some THFs that make me die a little on the inside. Since my main is THF i hate seeing people totally fuck the job up and not play it right or with gimped equipped. If you dont know how to play THF right or cant afford it please go play some easier job to handle.

Depends on what was said...I mean a person got banned in July 2004 for "NA only" in their search comment..if it was something pretty malicious then fair enough, but really...
