RMT and ME

Blubb..... I know celame as a fair player... he bought gil a year ago???? so? WTF man, it's over, he made a mistake, but it's a game... he has too much RL money? his problem ^^

my 2 cents : i will not ignore him due to this fact (incase i can ever come back, i hope so)

:shok: . .I loved this post. . . where's Courtney? . . .

I'm still here, but I pretty much said all I had to?

Believe he fishbotted, or that he actually used to fish 24/7 it doesn't really make any difference to me. It's like two and a half years ago anyway, but at the time pretty much the whole server knew what he was doing...

Correction, the whole of Ascension "knew" what I was doing based on something one person made up.

Cheating just ain't how I roll, got that?

Well, like I said, back then I was only about L65 and I wasn't a member of Kaizen and I knew. My RNG friend (who you tried to extort a couple of hundred thousand off for a Rare/ex drop you already had, ironic, huh) knew. I'm sure Ascension knew too, as did most of the server.

Personally, I think you just keep these posts going for all the attention...

If that's what you think, sure. I am just a big ol' attention whore and full of myself. Yeah I was in a bad mood and figured I'd see if I could get some extra money out of one person that wanted the axe off aquarius. I'm not the nicest person on the server, but one thing I would not do is rely on a cheating method to get ahead. Anyone who *really* knows me would be able to tell you that. Ascension did not know me. This guy I extorted did not know me (he was rather annoyed at me, so he had a basis for being biased, lol). YOU did not and still don't know me obviously.

One could casually "observe" that everyone who fished in Rabao was botting, or they could call GMs and see if someone gets banned. SOMEONE in Kaizen constantly reported me, and obviously, if I really was botting, I would have been banned. I already told you that I did not fish 24/7 of the time I was in Rabao, but rather was not at the keyboard. Had you actually been standing there watching me, since you seem to "know", you would have noticed I was just staring at the lake all day or night, depending on the situation.

If you're honestly trying to say that the only reason I was able to level leathercraft so fast was because of fishing caps, you really need to do more research on my oh so interesting E-life. I already explained how I made the money to level it as such. If you really want to base my income on botting, I would have wagered more on me botting Aquarius as a lv 70/71 SMN, since I was in Boyahda nearly 24/7.

For the last time:

Fishing Caps: 2mil total.
Mining Adaman ores: 10mil.
Camping Aquarius: Well over 20-30mil.

In other news, Svina must be fishbotting again, that little rascal! He's up to some 5mil in assets already since coming back!

Oh, I'd agree with that. Even in their prime Rusty Caps/Padded Caps weren't a great source of income, and there were plenty of ways to make faster money. Caps were boring, and slow money, although the money did return instantly (NPC sales rather than AH sales).

The only reason that Caps were more popular than Mining Ifrits or camping NMs, was that Ifrits and NMs actually required you to be at the keyboard to get the rewards.

Yeah. Pretty much. Even if you did it manually, you could do it at any level, and it was 100% safe.

Exactly, it was a great way to keep the cash flowing in when I didn't feel like thinking too hard. Most the time I fished was when I was playing another game or watching TV. Otherwise, it got pretty boring and I hauled my ass back to IC.

Also, a lot of people didn't know how to do IC without dying a lot, and camping NMs was practically a competitive sport, which really only so many people have the patience for. I really started to just get bored with how slow the money was in comparison though, so it was short lived income.

OP, you can make a new character where no body knows you and send those gils you had to that character, and delete the one people know you about. You can start a new life without post here and explain, and look stupid.
or you can just forget it and keep playing the game.
