I'm not trying rekindle the argument, but Lanien, get over yourself. Nobody cares what Vandoura was wearing while fucking around on the ship.

Seriously, gimp means she doesn't have the gear. She has it, she wears what she wants when she's messing around on her own. If you are really that concerned about what a person does while soloing I feel bad for you. In reality, I think that you didn't realize she had an Assault Jerkin before you opened your mouth and now you're too scared of your pride being hurt to admit that you were wrong to jump to the assumption.

There is a difference between having the right armor and wearing it. I am not afraid to say anything or to take the side point of the minority. Fact still remains is she is wearing a worthless piece of expensive trash.

As far as the MPK'ing goes, I certainly don't miss those days when people would train funnel bats to the Garliage zone, or goblins to the Yuhtunga zone. Did make for some interesting drama though.


Oh, and the days when Colbwa would accidentally kill himself when trying to MPK me was always fun, I really miss that.

lol That bastard goblin still has it. My WAR is way past the point of it being useful anyways, so by getting it, I would actually be gimping myself, and we all know I am against that from this thread.

And I quit because FFXI is not fun anymore. That and the Corazza is still being worn O.O

Lan, you're a cool guy, but I don't get your reasoning here.

If she didnt have the armor period, or was wearing lolCorazza in a situation where gear mattered (event, exp, BC/KS/ENM, etc) then flame on. But she's wearing it... on the boat... to MPK RMT. And she (probably) owns it, simply because it is a cool looking piece of armor, and it does have some merit in use over an AJ when it comes to soloing.

I mean, damn, I wear town gear. I'll put on pieces of armor that I think look good together. Until I got my AF2 Hat I would wear my Walmart Turban sometimes, because for some reason I like the way it looks... even though its absolutely worthless 75% of the time for me.

lolCorazza is town gear that just happens to have some use in soloing.
