RMT {Where}?

Just curious, last night…while camping a NM, it was pointed out by some other campers: no RMT anywhere. I mean, I searched zone after zone of all the places they set up shop, and I found no rmt. No Tarutaruhome ls members, no dick on keyboard rmt….gone. Anyone know what’s up? I’m told it is the same today, but still am at work, so can’t double check.
 
Tarutaruhome was in Upper Jeuno last night as I was going to sleep. Their leader Bilotie gimp SAM still intact. Woke up to find them still there in the morning on my trip to Batallia before goin' to work.
 
There was a earch quake in china... or wherever thay are set up. Thay got no internet right now... or power. Find out about it at CNN.com. Can only hope the buildings the gilsellers using fell down and broke all there PCs.

(not serius earthquake, only killed 2)

Yes they are all having trouble on connecting FFXI due to the reason of Taiwan's earthquake broke few interent backbones undersea. Best time to go camp NM atm :)

FYI, the earthquake hit the southern tip of taiwan, not china. as a previous post said, it broke internet and phone cables undersea, not that some buildings fell on some chinese. taiwan != china. just goes to show the ignorance of americans to world affairs.

Actually, this is politically sensitive, but whether taiwan is part of china depends on which side of the straits you are on. So I think it's less of ignorance on someone's part.

Anyway yeah.. the earthquake hit internet connections bad. Badly damaged internet connections leading towards Europe and US from Mainland China, parts of Korea, Japan and South East Asia. Statement is that it may take up to 3 weeks to rectify the situation so anyone who wants to make use of this please do.

My connection's so crappy atm I could just die..... Local sites are very fast. I just can't go international sites whithout falling asleep.

I did a /sea all about 16 hours ago and there were 1500 people online. usually would be about 2000++ at that time.

please, political issues aside, geographically, it's 2 separate places. last i heard IGE was not based out of taiwan and we didn't have taiwanese gil sellers. it's just pathetic that the deaths and injuries get trivialized because of this ignorance.
