Rng acc/att cap?

I heard that Rangers do get some sorta cap (on R.acc and/or R.att) after a while, i was curious when that cap was. I would like to know so i can maximize my Ranger-ness :3

As far as I can tell, I've never been able to cap my ratk using E Bow. Racc caps really, really easily on anything minor. Anything with evasion of Byakko or harder, you will be better off eating sushi and just pile on the ratk/str gear.

yes i agree in my experiances with rng, Food seems to be the way to go once i use food i dont miss regardless of my gear i still use these four mainly ohat racc 10 body siryu kotes still waiting on whands but will rep for that and racc legs relic. weapons i use the fransisca and hawkers then its ratt gear from there like rng feet dynamis qiqrin collar and so on.
