i wasnt going to bother to add to this mostly ugly thread, but i cant resist.
1st i dont particularly have a problem with naffenu, infact i dont even know him. but i cant let some of this stuff be said and not chime in. anyone ever notice the odd human trait where people tend to piss bitch and moan about the things they themselves do the most, but are too full of it to realize?
really to be honest, the only thing that convinced me to respond was seeing Galeswifts name on his list.
Gale tries to be a Good rng. its not an easy job. go get rng to 55 and get sidewinder, then call me over to your pt, i want to count how many you land.

To the topic of rdm here i'm kinda finding it a little hard to be able 2 get all my enfeebs I use off one monster. (I think i've been fighting less then Inc ++ probally) I use my wand for Enfeebling, dagger for um I just want a AOE weapon skill hehe, & you know my damaging sword. Don't forget i'm refreshing people through out the battle. Red mage is complicated :wink:

For the record, Naff's RNG is lv55, and she lands Sidewinder on IT mobs with 150% TP at least 8/10 times.

I was in the party with Galeswift, and her RNG/WAR just wasnt cutting the proverbial mustard. When we asked him/her if he considered a better subjob than /WAR, he/she told us that using /WAR was part of a bet, and generally copped a nasty attitude with us.

/WAR makes lose out on a 2nd hawker/archer knife. You will miss more often.

/WAR uses berserk, which inevitably leads to an 'accidental' critical hit or two, which leads to you sponging all of the healer's mana.

At that level, RNG/WAR sucks. Galeswift was *awful* in that party, and stuborn and rude about it to boot. That night was some slow, slow xp.

Keep in mind that just because YOU have had a good experience with someone doesnt mean they act the same way all the time.

If you are going to come into someone's flameboard post... one that is mearly warning you about a poor player... then start shooting off on a tangent about blacklists... expect to be called a bitchbag, or something similar. This is a flameboard, yet it seems the bulk of you visit it in search of hugs and cuddles and love.

The "You put my friend on your blacklist, but my friend is now and was always incapable of doing anyone wrong so I must attack in their defense" bit is kind old.

I mean shit... there are people who defend Tilk and Roofie. Why should you saying that Galeswift or whomever is just a pillar of virtue and excellence mean anything to me?

just as an remark...posting a list like that will get hated more than you think. friends of mine that see me on your list will tend to not pt with you as well as friends of his/hers because of word of mouth about the type of person you are. you could actually be digging yourself a hole in the long run.
personally, no one is on my blacklist....people do have their bad days but they do have their good days, just as yourself and myself. and also all people will spam for help in one way or another to get help they need for whatever....and those that say they dont "spam" for help, they are lying.
im using "spam" loosly....this includes asking ls, indivdual peeps for help, or doing shouts in towns.

no. i dont read them. the only reason i even have one is because Sculli asked us to use them. having one however you'd know that a war sub in addition to ninja is on of the 2 "accepted" subjobs ingame. not so much somthing "different". darknight, thatd be "different".

Masterorion ~~ You've done numerous nasty things to many of my linkshell's members, as well as telling me off when I once offered you advice. At one point, you pissed off one of my friends to such an extent that he demanded the linkshell blacklist you. I, for one, could not, because you were already on my list.

As long as he has Refresh and Dispell then he is proably okay in alot of people's books. Just as long as he knows how to use them and does it properly. I don't blacklist off boards, sorry. I have to meet that person in game and see if they are totally rude or unwilling too learn from their mistakes. Sorry, its just one person's word against another's here which that guy is not here to defend himself. I proably will party with him and see what he is like.

Okay, I am going to list facts. I am not going to get into name calling cause I just don't want too. Naffenu, the issue is not you adding names to your blacklist. The thing is here you brought these names to a PUBLIC FORUM on Allkazham under the Quzy server link. Sorry Jsoft but I am going to use you as an example, please forgive me.

1. You freely admit and bring up on your own that you stole Jsoft's mob.
2. You blacklist him for saying, "Get Bent." Thats cool nothing wrong with that. You just did not want to interact with the guy.
3. Then you bring it to a public forum and list him on a topic that reads Blist. You start out the list with the sentence, I have people for you, guys to add to your lists if you care to list them. I don't care to party with these people ever.
4. You list nothing by Jsoft's name to justify what he has done to be on this list.

I dunno sounds like this list was made out of fear of being added yourself to a public Forum by some of these people. I think I plan to avoid you in the game.

Now Keits, about Masterorion, you claim he was rude and disrespectable on your linkshell. Thats cool, thats your beef with the guy. I have partied with him before and have been in linkshells with him before. He is really a pretty cool guy. I find no wrong with him.

There are a few others on that list but I have to say they were nice pleasent people that knew their jobs. I will not go into details. I do not want to drag them into this mud swinging.

If one person doesn't do their job correctly, or even halfway well, then there's pretty much no reason for that person to be in the party, is there? Now, I can understand in earlier levels (1-35) where players are still getting a feel for their jobs, and what works and what doesn't, but there reaches a point where pretty much not playing a job correctly can ruin a party. You invite people for a reason... if they aren't living up to expectations and can't keep pace with the party, they're only slowing it down, correct?

1 player can ruin a good party... then again, 1 player can MAKE a good party! It IS all about teamwork, but (sports analogy coming up) could the Patriots have won the Super Bowl last year without Tom Brady at quarterback? Instead, they'd have the 2nd stringer... hell, NE fans don't even know who the hell that is. Chances are they have a MUCH better chance with a GOOD player surrounded by other GOOD players. That one player, if in a critical position (tank, puller, main healer) screws up badly, everybody can die.

And I really don't let Naffenu's blacklist bother me. I don't care who she prefers to party with and who she doesn't. It's all her choice to block people off from her, am I right? No, I will never blacklist someone off of someone else's experiences ingame, but I WILL take caution, however, and watch a person's behavior closely to make note of any similarities the person who had a problem with the blacklistee had.

Masterorion, what do you care if one person thinks you suck anyway? Hell, people tell the Yankees they suck all the time. They're like 1/2 game behind the Cardinals for best record in pro baseball! Let it roll off like water off the duck's back.
