I've actually gotten to the point irl that i'm tired of minorities assuming i'm going to be racist because i'm white. a white guy makes a joke about black people and suddenly he's a member of the ***. A black guy makes the same comment, he's a comedian.
I don't really like romper, and i know this entire flame is just a very nice way of expressing that sentiment. and the racist thing is a pretty convenient excuse to make this thread and get him banned. hell, i know the mods are actively looking for an excuse, congratulating and applauding and up-rating people who provoked him into making flamebait-qualifying comments.
i just think the whole issue of racism and especially PCness is being taken too close to heart. people need to stop wasting time getting offended by words. if i call you a faggot specifically to offend you because thats just how i get my jollies, i shouldn't have, but that doesn't make me racist. it means i threw out something i knew would offend you just to offend you. i'm not spray-painting hateful shit on your locker at school. it doesn't mean i'm that guy who brings a knife into the bathroom stall and carves "Fuck Gays" into the wall. I just wanted to offend you and couldn't muster the level of thought needed to hurt and offend you on a personal level so i made a general negative (or implied/interpreted to be negative) comment about your race. Being stupid isn't against the rule or the law or Myrrh's younger brother would be in jail.
Also, many people have said you don't care at all about what he says. that's bullshit and i'm calling you out on it seriously, every time you respond it proves you care enough to argue which is more than a little bit. every time you care enough to argue, he posts a response. put him on your ignore list and move on with your life.
