Well i got that much, but that is probably just the difference in our cultures. If someone made fun of me for trying to be healthy, and not die then i would probably just call them stupid. Or if someone made a new remark for Americans like, "You dirty cake-eater, you!" I would still think its pretty stupid. Does Limy mean anything bad in particular?

I always thought Limely was the definition of a brit in much the same way Yank was a definition of an american.

Canadians are referred to as Canuck's Scots are referred to as Jock's. Somehow a few of these abrevations of different cultures names have become offensive to some.
 
Meh I came from Arizona to Louisiana and I got called a Yankee. Yankee is normally more of a term for New Yorkers or people from a big city (I.E. city slicker). I've always liked being know as the city slicker type so I actually took it as a compliment. LOL I suppose people from other countries might call all Americans Yankee's not really sure but I guess the only ones who'd be offended by that would be the real Cowboy/Small town types. None the less it's not much of an insult more of a generalization then anything.

It doesn't matter what the words cause, it's still the same thing. Racial slurs are words used to demean people and they work exactly like any cut down, they are cut downs... I've saw fights break out over a black person being called a "bitch" and I've saw fights break out when a black person is called a "ni99er". So even your point is discredited if that's how you want to approach it. We as human beings have the choice to take action upon being demeaned as we see fit on a personal basis. It doesn't matter the extent of -WHAT- happens it's -HOW- it happens.

I didnt see anything horribly wrong in the lines that you quoted. There were 1-2 miss spelled words, but that was it. And there were a few people that didn't like the fact that you called BBT an Oreo. Hammering on BBT wont fix the fact that you say very inappropriate(sp) things.

So much to read...what a cure for insomina. Romper brought his racial opinion to this site which is supposed to be about a game. As for calling BBT an oreo it just shows how little people can understand that 2 people from 2 races that had problems with each other could see past it all to have a family. BBT let him call you an oreo and be proud. Since Romper has not been onthe game since June <taking a break> then he should not be posting in the flameboards. 1. he is not on the game to see it. 2. flameboards are there to warn/inform current players of bad players. If you wish to know about the bad players read and take note. This does not require responses unless you really wish to find out the whole event.

I have seen many points raised on historical wars, rapes of women of set races, etc. These women are also raped by their own people. WW2, WW1, Korean, veitnam, slavery <white people have been slaves as well. Color does not matter when some1 wants to overpower you> pick any of them you will find people from both sides that raped/tortued/murdered. We as a global society <sp sorry 3 am> we should beable to learn from these past horrors and better ourselves.

This is about a game where race/sex/creed/color should never matter. So let us leave them on the side and get back to the game. Sorry romper you lost your argument when you showed your harassment of another player based not on his skills as a player but his race. Not every player has a need to type here so benifit of the doubt BBT has a wife. And to attack him saying otherwise with no proof of your own is just harassment. Some players won't care, but others have standards. An asshole here on QCDN has a good chance to be an asshole in the game. He is an asshole, but he also did post things that helped others. Black list him if it will make you feel better, but please lets keep this to the game.

I don't see you ripping into anyone over the religious discussion going on in Off Topic or the excessive force discussion happening in Reality Sinks In, although those are topics about serious things having nothing to do with Final Fantasy. You're one of those who decided you didn't like me because I butted heads with you over the whole YYR debacle and so, anything and everything I say has no merit in your eyes.

If the things I say bother you so much, I invite you to ignore me.
