RPGs Galore (56k Beware)

Yep i quit the MMO's once semester starts up. I don't have the time between my girlfriend, school and other stuff. Which is another reason i never made it past 65 in FFXI or never did hardcore endgame in WoW. AQ40 is as far as I went in PreBC and skipped the majority of BC and only made it too Mag/Gruul lol.

I just doubled my backlog and ordered a crapton of ps2 rpgs lol...

Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana
Growlanser: Generations
Wild Arms 3
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner
Radiata Stories
Dot.Hack G.U. Vol. 2 Reminisce
Dot.Hack G.U.
Dot.Hack: Part 2 Mutation
Dot.Hack: Part 3 Outbreak
Dot.Hack: Part 1 Infection
Dot.Hack: Part 4 Quarantine
Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus
Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits
Arc the Lad: End of Darkness
Soul Nomad and The World Eaters
Front Mission 4
Phantom Brave
Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria
Legaia 2: Dual Saga
Drakengard
Drakengard 2

For all people hate on Gamestop... being able to order 20 RPGs I wanted for $5-$20 online and have it all shipped to me... pretty nice. They suck for selling games to, but not bad for buying games from.

I own Atelier Iris, ok game. My favorite out of what you bought is Radiata Stories. That game has so much in it. You can literally recruit every npc in the game just about. Dirge of Cerberus was a bust imo. Wild Arms 3 was just ok. Arc the Lad: Twilight of Spirits is kinda fun. Drakengard makes me rip my eyes out after 2 hours of playing it.

you have alot of money X.x

Lol, yeah I've actually been saving by not buying any PS3/360/Wii games lately, unless they hit the bargain bin - luckily it's not that hard to pass up on the new stuff. The only blu I've bought in a while is There Will Be Blood and Batman Begins.

But the real chokepoint is the PS1 RPGs I want. Interested in Front Mission 3, Valkyrie Profile 1, Arc of the Lad collection, ext, ext... After I spent a shitload on Persona 1 and 2, started up Persona 1 and got bored... it's been worry-some. I decided I wasn't gonna wait til some PS2 games I'd want to play were $600 to buy when I could get em under $10.

Skip Persona 1. It wasn't that great. Go right to 2.

Can't do it... I need to play the earlier games first, because playing them after experiencing the more modern versions is torture. If I really like a game that's a sequel, I want to just stop playing it right then, go back to the beginning and work my way there, hence I stopped Persona 3 a few hours in. Either that or wait a few years til I forget the later games capabilities and start over again.

lol I get your point. Playing P1 will make P2 a much better experience though, I guarantee it lol

EDIT: If you haven't already played them, and can find them, add the Suikoden games to your list. Some of my favorites, especially 2.

I tried Suikoden 4 and I just couldnt get into it. My favorite out of his list is Radiata Stories. I don't know why, but that game just captured my attention when many others couldnt.

Have the Suikodens, 1-5 + tactics. And yeah, 2 was my favorite. Don't be discouraged by 4, Anglis, it's like Zelda's Windwaker.

It's worse than Windwaker. In Suikoden 4, they don't even give you a world map lol

Skip right over Suikoden 4...
