Run time Error!!

For some Reason i keep getting "Run Time Error" everytime i try to open POL! know i just though it was windower until i tryed to open it in S.E Pol and i still got the same eror message and i really don't know what it causing this to happen.

I ran AVG and Spybot- Search~&~Destroy and i'm still having this issus on opening or login into FFXI.

Any help would get great. thanks
