decidence said:wasn't it Bin Laden? And he and the taliban are harboured in Afganistan... BUT NO OIL THERE.
Firestreak said:The declaration that you're not affected by propoganda is pretty humorous as you spout off about evidence that the US Government planned the September 11 attacks.
tonicfly said:hell im done arguing with some "outsider" that seems to know nothing about both of governments. hell i hate what bush has done and yes i was in the Us army for 4 years and just got out not to long ago. but saying the Saddam doesn't deserve what hes got coming to him. this is a man that condones the beheading and torturing of people that don't think the way he does. that right there stands alone from a government that extorts money. how in the fuck can you compaire the killing of innocent lives because they think differently than the leader to someone skimming money from businesses both are wrong but one is in far worse than the other. and the thing to top it off we just caught saddam it is his OWN people that have condemned him to death that right there should say something. so before you talk about something you have no clue about please learn your facts

decidence said:You are all brainwashed and unable to accept that your own people are just as bad as anyone in Iraq, just in a different way. Iraq's people execute and torture. US's people extort money, get rich off it's people and steal oil from other countries. And who gets to choose which evil is the lesser.
Westyle said:Also if Bush was anything like Saddam wouldn't Jon Stewart, David Cross, and the entire Democratic Party all have been sentenced to death?
decidence said:The only facts you have is that which has been spoonfed too you. It doesn't take an educated person to make opinions without any extensive knowledge of either government. Opinions should be a conglomerate of facts and personal morals, and an unbiased opinion is even better.
The governments are not the thing I'm arguing here, its Bush vs Saddam and what they have both done as people, if you haven't drawn that out of the conversation yet.
If you never stop to ask yourself, "why do I think everything Bush does is for the greater good" and never seriously consider the possible ulterior motive then you are brainwashed. Don't bother arguing that everything US does it for good, you aren't angels. There are many things past presidents have done for the greater good, for peace without any incentive coming out of it. But Bush is not one of them.
