Actually it's when people go out of their way to deny/hide the fact that they cheat is what makes it mean something. When people like you gray get so damn angry and defensive when they get called out are the ones who truly cheat.

What about the people that go out of their way to call someone a hacker with no proof what so ever? What are your thoughts on this?
 
there about the same thoughts on the kind of people who refuse to show proof that they didn't get a temp ban just by logging on until SE lifted the ban.

well, i suppose it comes down to the type of person you are. I always thought it was up to the people making accusations to provide proof. Obviously you dont agree.

You'd fail in the court room. Defendants have to prove their innocence, as well as the Plaintiff has to prove they're guilty.

If the Defendant doesn't fight back with proof, they get declared guilty.

Hence why people kept calling you on hacking - you didn't do anything to persuade anyone otherwise. Infact, you just kept feeding them more reason to believe you were temp-banned.

I'd have to disagree with you skaw. Cases based on hearsay never get to court in the first place. The prosecution is not going to waste money on anything w/o some kind of proof.

What myrr is implying with the original quote is that people that say they dont hack look defensive and etc. So what about the people that constantly accuse with no proof? What are they trying to say? What is their motivation? Does that make them offensive? (pun intended)

Im my case, jamal was pissed that I basically called him a theif for wanting to steal someones kirin that he did absolutly no work for what so ever. He got his girlfriend to lie for him, until she finally admitted the truth.

Going back to the court of law example you give, not only would the case have been dismissed, but they probably would have been tried for perjury. But then again, this isnt a courtroom. This, my friend, is a popularity contest. Your friend made an accusation, and by God, he's right, because he said so, and because the person accused didnt want to log on when your friend demanded.
