Okay.. So tomorrow morning, is the day. I'm fighting a dragon for rank 3, and dont have a damn clue as to what i'm going to do, or should do? Anyone have any advice/prayers lol.. for me? Thanks.

Wow...prepare for a disappointment. I've run this successfully even with a horribly disorganized party. Make sure you have a BLM or RDM that can sleep the dragon(not sure if bard works, never actually tried it~), and you should be okay.

Well, I am a RDM so we got that covered. How many times do I get to fight him, if i don't win, the first time.. >< lol.. Thanks for the advice, will keep it in mind.
 
Hey hun, no need to worry, with Firebrand, myself, and Tsumi there, you can zone in asleep and win :) If somehow the stars align against us and we lose... how I have no idea.. you can do it over as many times as necessary.

We'll run in, and there is a flying bat eye and a dragon. You put the dragon to sleep while we kill the eye first. Then we kill the dragon. And ... done. Helped with this plenty of times and never seen a loss, so don't worry.

Dead in 5 seconds..

because I am the aggro queen, everything hates on me, and loves to watch me fall in weird positions when i die. -.-... ok a little over the top, but it sounded good in my head!

Which dragon are you killing? I've had to kill the stupid Bastok Dragon for the longest time now... lol
 
Is this about 2-3 or a night in a motel? On topic ftl.

You can have up to six people, but you really only need two maybe three. Beyond that is just going for record. It can be solo'd by RDM or MNK very easily, beyond that just sleep the dragon, pound the eye, then finish the dragon.

You should be fine; I tackled this one a few days ago with a few LSmates. (I think it came out to 22WAR/MNK, 23RDM/BLM (which means no Sleep), 25DRK/WAR, 25MNK/WAR, and a 25WHM/somethingIforgetoops.) The MNK had no pants. Repeat: the MNK had no pants.

The WAR, RDM, and DRK took on the eye, the MNK soloed the dragon, and the WHM threw heals when needed. The three of us on the eye finished it off at the exact same time that the MNK finished the dragon. I didn't even get to hit it. T_T

Also im pretty sure a whm with no weapon an no armor could solo those pussys.
 
The OP was "June 30th, 2006, 09:01 AM" and the last post before necro was "July 1st, 2006, 11:36 PM". So pretty much 3 months old.
