Saving Macro Pallets on Server

I know something to this effect was implimented some updates ago; But does anyone know how to do it?

Help a 5 year old newb. ; ;

First log on to FFXI like normal, when you reach to the select characters screen, click Shift + Alt + Cntr + B to Save. Shift + Alt + Cntr + R is to load and Shift + Alt + Cntr + D is to delete.

can it be done usin a ps2 also?

Yes it can, at the same screen hold the L2 button then click down the left joystick to save, and hold the R2 button and click the right joystick to load.
