Screenshot Contest-Week one

Sorry to hear that.

I personally just didn't care for the particular theme you chose, and that's going to happen. So I didn't enter and im sure they probably were others who felt the same way.

I commend you though, on getting this all started and setup. Why not just declare a winner.. i mean, if you have a contest and only a few people participate.. does that negate the contest.. or simply narrow the choice of winners? Most times a winner is still chosen since someone did participate.

You could just continue, perhaps a better theme will come along that will peek more player's interests. So what if only a handfull or less participate. You said you were doing this for fun. Since it's not a huge cash payoff or anything there isn't a whole lot to lose for those who to participate nor a whole lot to win. The only way a contest would truely be forfeit is if there simply are no contestants at all.

It may take a bit to catch on, so if you really want to keep this going, just keep at it. Don't let it become something too serious, afterall you said it was just for fun. Have some fun with it yourself.

Good luck, and as I said before, if I see a good theme I'll play along too.

Good point ecks, I think I'll declare a winner for the few entries I recieved.

As for next week, I'm not sure. I don't mean to make this an obligation for anyone, I just get upset when I go through all the trouble of posting rules and answering questions, and everyone tells me what a great idea it is and then no one participates.

Judges, stay tuned; I might forward the pictures directly to you.

Maybe you could just make it an open contest, for any screeny. Weather it be funny, sad, weird, or whatever. I have plenty of "Dunez" screenys, as I'm sure everyone does. :P

Broaden the topic, and you shall recieve.

Understood Songi. Willing and waiting.

Maybe it's cause you picked a crappy region first lol No offense, I just haven't been to Sar{tab} for ages, and don't really plan on going there anytime soon lol Maybe if you picked like ... the dunes first. We all go there every once in a while lol

Dang, now i wished I had signed up earlier after I got the LS... Oh well...
