It's erm different. It's not too good atm, but it's not really needed, I pick up loads of potions and talismans anyway (not that much of my gear is able to take them). They are going to expand on it though, they just don't want crafting to be too important that they have really expensive items.

Also have my big Collectors Edition box sat next to me :D.
 
Speaking of gold.... has anyone else gotten a /tell about buying WAR money online? I couldn't believe it lol. Not only was there the shock of geeze already? But it's not like it is hard to make money in this game >_>
 
Lol no i've not had the displeasure of that yet.

Also today our small guild got to Guild Level 5 meaning we got our standard, as our only tank I was given the first standard bearer title.

That's freaking hot Sharpe! :awesome: I'll see if I can get some shots of the silly crap I got to play with, finally got the game yesterday and messed about making a lot of critters for the future. When all was said and done I got a black ork to a whole rank 6 before crashing out for work this morning :)

We've all seen the PvP aspect of Warhammer by now, so I figured I'd post some shots of some of the lower level PvE stuff. To my amazement, there seems to be a significant amount of solo, group and raid sized PVE content.

This is my guild tearing through Mount Gunbad with a Warband:

At one point in the dungeon, we zoned into a portal and each group was ported to it's own instance of this scripted event. This is the beginning of stage 2 of that event. Class specific gloves drop as part of a 4 piece set from the end of this event:

Gunbad is absolutely HUGE and is set up as a series of PQs, scripted events and random boss spawns. You can't really control who gets the bags via the PQ, but the boss drops are significant enough that any PQ items are a bonus. This guy was the 3rd stage boss for one of the PQs and dropped some pretty nice stuff for levels 26-30

Since everyone likes purple items (and we got tons of blues that were far superior to this), here's a helm I got from one of the bosses in here. Itemization is one complaint I have for WAR... at least early on. A level 26 purple helm should have some resists on it at least.

I spent most of tonight doing tome unlocks and managed to get myself a sweet cloak "Shawl of the Spring" for my trouble. Sweet piece of business.
