I have been banned. For no Fricken reason.
Well ii come home and try to log and i see that i have message LM-17. I called SE they said i was PERM baned. I ask why and how. They say Article 4.4. The guy was very rude and started Snikering at me.

I ask him how can i be under a investigation if A. i started over 6 days ago. He said you broke the rules. I told him i want to talk to someone else higher then this Prick JOE (WORKER ID 05884) told me the higher ups banned you. I am so upset i have been playing this game for years i never bought gil or did any Power lving.

There has to be something i can do. I mean can they do this without evening solid Proof.

side note i quit Chasko and transfered all of my old gear and gil to my new account. Which they just banned

Yes, they can. They say in the EULA that they can deny service to anyone at any time for any reason they see fit.

You can try to appeal it and find out why you were banned, but it's not likely that it will work.
 
...until you restart playing again, and ask QCDN "should I level PUP or SMN? idk I think PUP is best but I like SMN too", then two weeks later give another big "FUCK YOU SE I HATE YOU" when your account gets 'hacked'.

Because we've seen it before, and we'll probably see it again. Twice, if we're lucky.

At least, that's what I tell myself and thank SE for, though they wouldn't ban you for no reason. So either fess up, or just fucking deal with it.

I'm sure their profits will take a hit from you not buying any more SE games.
 
Judging by your sig this is your third time being banned. I highly doubt that it was for nothing.

There are just as many, if not more, that would vouch for you being a whiny bitch.
 
Granted, don't read that as "you got banned for being a whiny bitch". Just own up to whatever cure bot (automaton my ass) you had (cmon Xzerper I know you still have that PM somewhere), and be done with it.
 
Did you get a warning ban? IE stuck in mordion for a month?

Did you flee hack? Did you ever EVER mpk someone? Did you power level anyone?

All it takes is pissing off one guy who knows a GM, and then they'll sift through you and find a reason to ban you so it's legit. Kind of like getting fired at work for pissing off the boss. That's why you got fired, but the forms say it was cause you were a "negative influence" or some bull like that.

You sure they don;t have anything on you?

This is ridiculous, the GM's don't ban people they don't like and then make shit up to excuse it. He got banned for a reason, three times according to his sig. He's obviously done something, and not just once or twice. Don't feed into his bullshit coverup.
