Maybe they meant paying a RMT for Powerleveling. I see it advertised alot on some FFXI sites.
 
Returning after being banned is a bannable offense. If you say you got banned once, that's why you got banned again, I imagine. SE actually screens for that stuff now.

They've banned at least two accounts. That means it's not nothing, it means you did something, but won't admit to it so you're whining about it being nothing.

(g) Committing, attempting to commit, or soliciting or attempting to solicit other to commit, any illegal, criminal, inappropriate, inconceivable, or any unwelcome acts;
(h) Impersonating or attempting to impersonate any employee of SEI or any SEI partner or affiliate, any other user of the Game or the PlayOnline Service, or any other person, in a manner intended to deceive or mislead any third party, or in any effort to access the account of another Game player or PlayOnline user; or
(i) Use of any cheat codes or cheat devices; or
(j) Violating any Rule.
In addition, SEI shall be entitled to terminate the account (immediately and without notice) of any User who (1) was previously suspended or terminated by SEI and who SEI believes (in SEI's sole discretion) re-registered using different information in order to avoid such suspension or termination or (2) SEI believes (in its sole discretion), based on the User or other account information provided by such User now or at any time in the past (including, but not limited to, such User's name, date of birth, telephone number, mailing address, e-mail address, and credit card account information), that such User is related to or assisting one or more Users who are responsible for, or have participated in, Prohibited Activities of any kind. You agree to indemnify and hold SEI harmless from and against any losses or damages sustained by SEI as a result of your engaging in any Prohibited Activities, and you further agree to reimburse SEI for any and all expenses incurred by SEI in remedying the effects of such action.

I totally buy that they banned you for no reason what so ever, i mean they obviously don't want your 13$ a month.

chasko and lucian were on 1 account.

the only thing i can think is i was using my other account to Pl lucian with follow. could that be the reason i was hacked.

You had two accounts, they were both banned. That means there was an actual reason for them both to be banned at the same time.
 
Nobody ever gets banned without a reason. Anyone that says differently is typically lying. You can, therefor, understand the level of skepticism you're encountering here.
 
I get banned all the time for shits and giggles :(

Man, i remember how that feels. I totally believe you, cause i have witnessed this alot in my time, i couldnt believe after all the innocent fun i had they would just up and ban some reputable fellows like ourselves for no reason when i never did anything wrong and...

So let be get this strait you had 3 toons. 2 on same account. The first one got deleted? and the other 2 got banned. Also blaming a entire company for 1 division mistake little much. If you truely don't know why you got banned which there has to be a reason then you should call again and see if they well tell you your charge.
