"Most boards" dont have interaction beyond the boards themselves, and the rules are basicly designed to keep people from flaming others based on opinions (Political, religious, ect.), or other such reasons.Lokkin said:Yeah, but in the flameboard it was allowed(sadly). I know plenty of forums that have a no flaming rule and they worked out great.

Problem is that under current rules, they cant unless the person in question comes to QCDN themselves. Because without the second half of the story, it'll get locked prety fast.Lokkin said:There isn't any reason for getting feelings hurt though >.> You can still warn people, just do it on NW, have proof and don't insult them, not a major downside.
Not under the current rules. We've already had 2x deleted because the person in question is not a QCDN member, and it looks like the BE-Jins will also follow suit.Lokkin said:Proof can be provided in the form of chat logs, or witnesses.
QCDN went from 1-2 mods per forum to 3-4 mods per forum, new mods are a function of that.Lavi said:Also noticing a huge change in moderators. Seems they all come from the same or similar groups.
It was kept, On the Flameboard.Lokkin said:Ooookie dokie, I assume you are talking about the blessedeternity thread in the NW? It's not closed, nor is it resolved, WSM brought up an accusation without evidence, I'll agree that the flameboard being deleted has probably erased a lot of evidence in said cases but, if the issue wasn't resolved, shouldn't the evidence have been kept?
Why would it need to be kept elsewhere? About all that would be kept on a PC would be chat log screens. Much of it was links to other FB posts, posts on other sites, and input from other members.Lokkin said:I don't mean kept on the flameboard, shouldn't they have been kept on peoples computers? Evidence shouldn't just be used and thrown away. It should be kept at easy access until the issue is resolved.
other FB posts are corroberating (i know its wrong -_- too lazy to get my textbook and look it up) evidence. They set the stage for the person.Lokkin said:But other FB threads aren't evidence, it just shows that he's done other things or other people have accused said person, chat logs are fairly decent evidence, as are witnesses.
