was anyone else having isues with equipment swaps yest? It took me 30 got damn min to figure out how to fix some of my equip swaps like my af+1 hat on blm and my errant body. It was very fing annoying. You couldn't type the equip name out in your macro or use your old auto trans words. I had to go and change every macro to the "new abbriviation" of their got damn equipment. I still don't know if I've got them all fixed >.<



That's the only rant I have about the update :p

They'll probably fix it in an emergency update, just like the last time they abbreviated half the auto-translate.

I haven't seen the update yet, but it sounds like this is substantially more annoying than the last time; last time, they just changed the auto-translate stuff for the map locations ({Western Altepa Desert} became {W. Altep. Dsrt.}, {The Eldieme Necropolis} became {Eld. Ncrp.} and the like).

Oh, that's why my macro's was all jacked up last night. I couldn't swap my Errant houppelande or Sorc Petasos. The Sorcerer's Petasos has alwasy been abbreviated in the auto translate feature though. It was Sorcerer's Petas. so maybe that's why I didn't catch it.

And yes, they will more than likely fix it in the next couple days. I'm just glad I don't "have" to use my blm for a couple days

It wasn't for me, maybe it was just nq one that was before not +1. The really weird thing was you couldn't just type them in they had to be auto trans and abriviated to the new abr term. Really really fing retarded. Those were all I really caught because every +hmp counts on blm.

I was complaining about this to people last night in-game and no one seemed to be having any problems except for me. Glad to see I'm not alone. :/ Basically, anything that gets abbreviated in auto-translate (a few examples from me were "Chs. Burgeonet +1" and "Abs. Gauntlets +1") wasn't working for a macro if I spelled it out (like /equip Head "Chaos Burgeonet +1"). I had to just put in the auto-translated text for it.

Nah, I prefer getting ganked by members of the alliance that are 10 levels higher than me while I'm in the middle of fighting 2 mobs at once. Seeing that is how they roll on our server. Buncha pussies.

My Pahluwan Body piece wouldn't swap back in, but I thought it was just because of lag. I'm also a dumbass. Thank you.

the gear swap macro's for my monk seem to be safe. havent tried drg yet. are these abriviatins only new to certain types of items?
