Oh wow.. Talk about epic fail on SE's part. Of course they will fix it, but you'd think they could get it right the first time with how long it's taken to send them out.
FYI, Japanese GMs use babelfish when talking to non-Japanese players.

Well I tried to throw them on the event item storage NPC and it worked, so atleast they're functional now(Even if I have to wait the recharge phase.)
Still, SE's gonna ship out new pairs soon as well.
