Ive gotten thru 4 times... and so far each time I was on hold for 50min before I gave up.

This happened to me. I was talking to EU support and then I got told.

Sorry it's closing time. So I was like ermm well I need this sorting asap please. Also got told:

SEL Agent Magdalena: that you requested the recovery, but it couln't be done because
SEL Agent Magdalena: something with the verification was wrong
SEL Agent Magdalena: and it has to be done soon that your character won't be delated.
SEL Agent Magdalena: So ask them or they can vereify because we are closed

So I queue for 2 and half hours in NA support. When I finally get through I get told. "We can't do anything for EU accounts" straight away "Your conversation has ended".

SE customer service = dreadful.

Reminds me of that "Endless loadscreen" cartoon I saw...has a "Now loading" screen and they gauge how long it takes for you realize there's a button that skips that screen, and tells you how stupid you are based on how long you actually sat and waited... ¬_¬;;

Not calling you guys dumb, just SE service reminds me alot of that kindof thing. Maybe there's some buttholes at the other end of the line just giggling up a storm that you'd wait so long...
