Word to the wise, don't bother trying to report a glitch.
I found a glitch in Lower Jeuno and, being the "nice" person I am, tried to call a GM from technical support to report it so they could fix it. They sent back the message stating to call so and so number. I called that number and was on hold for 30 minutes listening to their orchestra music until someone finally picked up. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I should get ahold of them on the PlayOnline Viewer.
I called for GM on the PlayOnline Viewer just for them to tell me the only way they could do anything was if I went to www.playonline.com and got in the chat with one of their GMs. I proceeded to do that and waited 2 hours for a GM to finally invite me to chat.
Can you guess what happens next?
They tell me to call the # that I had already called to get it fixed. I GIVE UP. Their damn glitch can stay. It's not too big of a deal. It's just a spot in Lower Jeuno that acts like something is in front of you when you can clearly see there is nothing. If you're on auto run, you can't go through it but if you just keep hitting run forward, you'll eventually go through it in 5x the time it takes to go through a person.
Needless to say I got jacked around for just trying to help them get all the glitches out.
