WELL No i dont bot anymore, and ive never used pos hacks or anything when i did bot...

So I was in jeuno just chatting with some friends and i log off to restart my laptop, i try to log back on and i get this. From what ive heard LM-17 used to be temp ban. but now it could also mean perma ban. I'm guessing that im banned :wacko:

As soon as i finished CoP and got into a good respectable LS this happens. like fuck! I cant think of a reason why they would ban me... well PP bots shit out of HNMs(lol) people in there have been botting forever. I botted for 1 month and rarely opened it at camps.

1 year on this game wasted nuuuu. Anyways now that FF is fucking gay! think ill just stay away from MMOs and stick to just offline RPGs, is Fable 2 any good?
 
Botting is botting IMO. Whether it be for a day, a week, or a year. You botted. You knew the chances of getting banned for botting when you DL'd the thing. That'll teach you.
 
ehh yeah. i'm reading other forums about people getting suspended/banned for botting. guess i shouldnt feel so bad.there are people who put in MUCH more effort into their chars and get banned first offense.
 
Seriously... it's a game that isn't even that challenging. Why bot? Oh wait, that's right... You're a moron. It's time you learned a valuable life lesson man: There's a consequence for every action. I wish SE would get on here and flame you, since you're part of the reason they spend part of their profits on a team to police/investigate in their game. You cost them profit and tarnish a game they put quite a bit of work into. Way to go; hope you enjoy know you wasted about $200 on a game that you can't play anymore.

(12 months x $12/mth + 60 for game is what I'm figuring, before someone bothers giving me shit over this.)

I did some stupid shit in the early part of 2006 and they came back and banned me late in the summer, months and months after I had already gone back to using ps2

Just don't do it.

its seem SE are rebanning ppl that got banned before ... guess if you do it even once , you Will get banned
 
well that mean hes goner? cause they will ban you again if you use same information to come back

this teach a lesson that even if you bot for a "BIT", SE will still get you, seems like STF are digging up some serious information to ban people
 
It just depends best to check with them a few times if you try and come back just so you don't get the stupid GM saying it's okay. This is what I did and they said it was okay just don't do it again and I've been playing since.
 
The STF has more time to look into actual player history now then they did say a year ago. They have really put the whip to RMTs and now that has settled down... they can now put more effort into player history.

And no... they wont ban you again if you try to start over with a new or sold account... there's a few people on qcdn who could quote that.

IIRC, people got banned for coming back with a new account but using the same credit card / address / ect. Could be wrong tho.

This is accurate, i forget where in the terms of service but it mentions that the user will be forever banned from the game. If matching information is used then the user gets banned.

I wouldn't be surprised if some siblings are getting banned because of their brothers/sisters.
