Oh please, lol. You and Tyrath used to talk about how great it was to get to places faster, and not very long before you got banned. Hell, Tyrath sent me a tell like a month before he got banned to /sea him, to show when he was in Alzadaal Undersea Ruins exploring it. When he couldn't get out of there he called a GM on himself to ask him to warp him out of there with the reason "I was just on auto-run and went afk. When I got back I was in here!".

I wouldn't exactly say it was "months and months before I went back to PS2". At least Tyrath used PC when he did get banned. I have a vague memory of Crimson Cuisses. Don't ask me why, I don't remember.
 
I'm not sure why you decided to call me out here but you probably have your timeline wrong.

I got banned some time in the end of july 2006, I remember this because it was close to my birthday.

Some time around... march???? we got temp-banned for 72 hours for pos hacking around eldieme, as for me, I came back and used ps2 from that point forward. Can't speak for him but I never did it again. I use pc now, but I have no reason to lie about something I've admitted to doing before.

I don't know about Alzadaal, but I wasn't playing much in that last month. I had moved to WoW.
 
Iunno, I didn't speak to you a lot tbh, but I know Tyrath poshacked after Treasures of Aht Urhgan was released.

Still, I wouldn't say 4 months is "months and months before I went back to PS2".
 
okay.. four months then. it's still a long time of in-"activity"

i'm not defending anything, i was just stating that they can and will ban or reban you for whatever the hell they want, whenever the hell they want

I already said before I messed around with flee. I went into Alzadaal undersea ruins before it was opened, oh noes. I must've walked out with a hacked ares' body and stuff right? Ohwait. It was just for fun and exploration, and there wasn't even anything there. I liked exploring areas that others couldn't, and it was good fun while it lasted.

And I don't remember calling a GM on myself. Maybe you're speaking for yourself but I wouldn't be stupid enough to call a GM saying I got stuck in an area I wasn't supposed to be in. The running afk thing is what I told you about how I got in though =P
 
No, you told me exactly how you got in to the ruins. You talked about it a lot, like how you enjoyed running fast because it got you places faster.

Anyway, reason I bring it up is because I find it completely hilarious how people get all riled up when people get banned for hacking etc. when they know the two of you got banned for hacking, but don't seem to care anymore because you "regret" it, and that you're their friends.

Or it might have to do with how I didn't directly affect anyone elses gameplay with it. Who knows.

I love this answer. You know why? Because after others used this defense, they still argued how bad it was. Because, you know, you could still get to the AH faster and buy something before someone else etc. etc.

Once a cheater always a cheater. I hope some of you guys who got hand me downs for ppl who quit get banned again cause IMO you shouldn't have gotten a second chance.
