Sea Horror how i hate thee...

So there i was, first time on Selby - Mhaura boat in over a year, with a 75 rdm LS buddy of mine, well outta the blue Sea Horror pops, any my friend begins to attempt to kill.

Sea Horror is down to 50% percent, and everything looks good, until he Hundred Fists, and down goes my rdm friend. So im chillin on the stairs, and he comes after me... Hes just too damn strong, my sig tells the rest.

SEA HORROR I HATE JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
 
Must of been a poop RDM if he couldn't solo the sea horror. I thought that RDMs were supposed to be able to solo everything in this game. Thus proves that RDMs are infact worthless jobs.

RDM is the ultimate solo'r, maybe not the fastest but deffinatly able to solo a lot more things then anyone else can because of there stanima of refresh and convert.
 
look at it this way... you got 0.6 eva skillup.

First time on the boat to selbina:

sitting below deck because i had been warned about this bastard i began to hear a comotion upstairs, naturally i waited a moment before curiosity got the best of me. Got up, went up the stairs, opened the door ... just as i did this a paladin falls face first at my feet, behind him the horror .... dear god the horror .. lifeless bodies strewn about the deck and now me facing down certain death... naturally i ran.

Funny thing about the sheer terror of running into this guy as a noob and bailing out, there's nowhere to go but below deck. The smart people who stay below deck don't like it when you bring the horror to them.

Long story short, i got bitched so hard it still hurts.

Noob moments ftw.

HE didnt know to kite cuz he never seen the thing before either, so he just went the melee route... but whatever...

1,242 damage done, roughly. Added up with a pencil, but I mighta counted wrong lol.

Dang, exodusamphi, how much HP you got!? I've only see the Sea Horror once. And he one-shotted my ass. So, the Sea Horror can go have sex with itself using its many arms in the corner somewhere. The jerk. At least you barely de-levelled and get it back up easily.

1242 ... a MNK friend of mine has 1500 odd at level 75 ... as a HUME, what job/armor/stuff/race is exodusamphi to get that much HP?! (Then again, we can discount the last hit making it 1000 something, but it's still pretty impressive)
 
Gravity is a RDM's best friend when Hundred Fists comes around.
