This suggestion was made a long, long time ago, back when Sculli was still admin: Can we add job listing for players more than the "main" and "sub" that are basically limitless and have them searchable? I mean, add listings that can display the jobs each person has and have them searchable so during the course of playing while we are seeking on one job, we can still get invites on another. The job choices and levels should be limited to only those physically possible so it makes searching easier and to eliminate the fake profiles some people are using. Allow multiple jobs to be listed, but it should probably be limited to 5 or 6 while players are either expected to have gear for those jobs or can afford to get gear when they accept invites (would be a good idea for leaders to ask this prior to inviting and to invite people already seeking since it's more likely they'll be fully equipped).
An example: I am currently seeking on my 75 WAR for merits, but someone else is making a party for his 35 NIN and needs some members. There isn't enough jobs seeking to make a decent party, but he can use QCDN to find members who do want to party at that range and fit the job profile that he needs. He happens upon my 36 RDM and finds himself a new healer/enfeebler. I got a party while seeking on an alternative job, but I still accept because I'd rather get some experience than none and I had the intention of leveling RDM, but just not tonight.
I think this would help a ton for those people seeking when there is never enough players to form a decent party. Whenever we want, we can access a much larger pool of players when there is insufficient players seeking.
