I haven't played XI in a year so it's not like I'm worried, but if they had a security breach I wonder who had their information stolen.
 
I got this too, I haven't played since october 2009
 
I haven't checked my email this morning but even if some idot got my username and password they would probably have trouble with the security key I bought. Me and my syster had someone who got half-hacked(got in and changed the password on the website but couldn't get past the key)

Strangely, they're making it quite a task to contact support. You need to fill out so much information I'm guessing SE has gotten into the business of selling peoples info. If you're still up for it, go to this page and select the appropriate information. Press next and when you're at the next page, scroll down. You'll see a spot where you can contact via phone. The only thing is, you'll need to fill out a ton of information (relative to what you used to have to give them) to get a phone number. I didn't get past this page with all the info since idk where my PoL ID is off hand. Good luck ^^
 
I got this email too and it's nearing a year since I've been gone. For the hell of it I decided to check my old POL account, and realized I can't get in. Dunno if it's related to what the email said or not, or if I'm in the same boat as Darlene. I was able to sign in to update POL and restarted my PS2, but after that my password kept coming up as incorrect. lol
