orz doesn't mean jack shit. look at it sideways and it looks like a guy sitting down on a chair typing. I don't know what to tell you about your lack of good NA PT. When I assemble them myself they usually are fairly good. You just have to be picky about who you invite. For lower rank people ask if they use food, avoid anyone uncapepd sub, ext. As long as it's well balanced(in terms of balancing you can check my party assembling post in guide section to get my views) and you should do fine. It's not like Japanese players mysterously have a +20 xp/mob hidden affect in their equipment. 90% of the time it's just a poorly assembled PT that kills xp. And if you have a level spread greater than 1 the chances are your xp will be moderate at best depending on how many members are the top level.
Also check going to the right area. Do a search to check how many parties are already there. If there's alternative camps, entrances, find them and camp there. I can't tell you how annoying it is going to Valley os Sorrows camp and another party showing up right behind me. There's another entrance to the north, it takes 3 minuts to run there. Why kill both PTs exp? Check out Mysterytour for a huge list of different exp camps sorted by level. With a little experience and patience it's not that friggin hard.
